Iperionx Closes Acquisition of Blacksand Technology's Assets, IP Portfolio

09:41 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Iperionx ( IPX ) said Tuesday that it has acquired Blacksand Technology's assets and intellectual property portfolio, securing exclusive commercial rights to the latter's patents and proprietary titanium technologies.

No financial details were disclosed.

Iperionx ( IPX ) said it expects Blacksand Technology's portfolio to offer "significant advantages" to its Kroll titanium production process and that it is already commercializing the technology portfolio at its titanium manufacturing campus in Virginia.
