iQIYI Kicks Off $300 Million Offering of 2030 Convertible Notes

04:10 AM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- China's iQIYI (IQ) said early Thursday it commenced a $300 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2030.

The online entertainment video services provider intends to use the net proceeds to repay and/or repurchase existing debt securities.

The notes will be convertible at the option of the holders on or after Sept. 15, 2029.
