05:55 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ironwood Pharmaceuticals ( IRWD ) said late Thursday it has received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq over its delay in filing annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ironwood said it plans to file the report as soon as practicable. It has until May 20 to submit a plan to regain compliance.
