09:25 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ispire Technology ( ISPR ) said Tuesday that it has signed an exclusive distribution deal with Dank Pack, a South African cannabis product packaging supplier.

Under the deal, Ispire ( ISPR ) said it will supply Dank Pack with its vapor products and accessories, including Ispire Signature, Ispire Signature OVL, Ispire Signature NANO, Ispire Signature LVL, Ispire Signature Cartridges, and Ispire Batteries.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
