11:08 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services on Thursday recommended Walt Disney ( DIS ) shareholders vote for Trian Group's nominee Nelson Peltz to the entertainment company's board, according to media reports.

ISS did not recommend Trian's other nominee, Jay Rasulo, and advised Disney ( DIS ) shareholders to withhold support for current director Maria Elena Lagomasino and Blackwells Capital's three nominees, Axios reported.

ISS, Disney ( DIS ), Trian and Blackwells did not immediately respond to requests for comment by MT Newswires.
