10:00 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jabil ( JBL ) said Monday Chief Financial Officer and interim Chief Executive Michael Dastoor has been named chief executive.

Dastoor succeeds Kenneth Wilson, who will no longer serve as chief executive or on the company's board, Jabil ( JBL ) said.

Gregory Hebard, who was most recently senior vice president, treasurer, has been named chief financial officer, the company said.

The appointments come after the completion of a probe related to corporate policies, which Jabil ( JBL ) had disclosed on April 18, the company said, adding the the probe didn't relate to and doesn't impact its financial statements or financial reporting.
