07:59 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jade Biosciences ( JBIO ) said Monday it has reached an agreement with BB Biotech to sell 3.2 million common shares through a private placement, raising $45 million in gross proceeds.

Shares will be sold at $14 apiece, Jade said, adding that the private placement is expected to close on Tuesday.

The company said it intends to use net proceeds to fund research and development, general corporate expenses, and working capital needs.
