07:02 AM EDT, 07/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jade Biosciences ( JBIO ) has entered into a licensing agreement worth up to $22 million with Paragon Therapeutics, the company said Wednesday.

Paragon Therapeutics granted Jade Biosciences ( JBIO ) an exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-bearing license to commercialize monospecific antibodies. The deal allows Jade the rights to use, make, and sell these products to diagnose and treat human diseases in any therapeutic area.

The deal includes a $1.5 million fee for nomination of a development candidate, which was paid in January, and a further milestone payment of $2.5 million upon the first dosing of a human patient in a phase 1 trial, the company said.

Jade is also obliged to pay sublicensing fees of up to $20.1 million upon the achievement of commercial milestones and a low to mid-single-digit percentage royalty based on annual net sales of monospecific products, the company said.
