11:04 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- James Hardie Industries ( JHX ) said Thursday its subsidiary James Hardie Building Products entered a three-year exclusive contract with McKinley Homes to supply siding and trim products.

Under the agreement, James Hardie Building Products will supply its products for McKinley's residential communities in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina, according to a statement.

Shares were up 0.9% in recent trading.
