10:10 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- James Hardie Industries' ( JHX ) James Hardie Building Products unit said Thursday it signed a three-year exclusive agreement with Pahlisch Homes to supply siding and trim for new home projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Under the deal, Hardie products will be the standard exterior material across all Pahlisch developments in the region, the company said.

Homebuyers will have access to a range of colors and finishes, supporting both design variety and visual consistency within communities, it added.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
