JELD-WEN Holding Prices $350 Million Notes Offering

03:24 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- JELD-WEN Holding ( JELD ) said late Thursday it priced a $350 million offering of 7% senior unsecured notes due 2032.

The proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close Aug. 22, will be used to redeem 4.625% senior notes due 2025 and partially repay borrowings under the company's term loan.
