09:59 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- JELD-WEN Holding ( JELD ) said Wednesday its JELD-WEN Inc. unit is redeeming its outstanding 4.625% senior notes due 2025.

The notes' redemption is subject to the completion of a notes offering disclosed by JELD-WEN Holding ( JELD ) on Aug. 8, the company said.

The redemption will likely occur on Sept. 13 at $1,000 for every $1,000 principal amount of notes redeemed, plus unpaid interest, it added.
