05:49 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jena Acquisition said Thursday that it priced its initial public offering at $10 per unit, offering 20 million units for a total of $200 million.
The company said the unit, which includes one Class A share and a right to receive one-twentieth of a share after a future business merger, will begin trading on Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol 'JENA.U.'
Jena Acquisition said it also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units of the offering, expected to close on Friday, to cover over-allotments.
The units will trade separately as Class A ordinary shares and rights under the 'JENA' and 'JENA.R' tickers, respectively, within about 52 days, it added.
