08:42 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson Controls International ( JCI ) said Tuesday it has agreed to sell its Air Distribution Technologies segment to private equity firm Truelink Capital to focus on core business areas.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The electronics and HVAC equipment manufacturer said the sale, expected to close in H2, includes brands such as Koch Filter, Titus and Ruskin, but excludes Johnson Controls ( JCI ) and Enviro-Tec brands.
