Johnson Controls International Fiscal Q2 Adjusted EPS, Net Sales Rise; Fiscal 2025 Outlook Updated

07:19 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson Controls International ( JCI ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.82 per diluted share, up from $0.69 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.79.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $5.68 billion, compared with $5.60 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.63 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.97 to $1.00. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.00.

For fiscal 2025, Johnson Controls International ( JCI ) now expects adjusted EPS of about $3.60, from its previous outlook of $3.50 to $3.60. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.57.
