Johnson & Johnson to Buy Halda Therapeutics for $3.05 Billion in Cash

08:15 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson & Johnson ( JNJ ) said Monday it has agreed to buy Halda Therapeutics for $3.05 billion in cash.

The deal will likely close within the next few months, subject to antitrust regulatory approval and other closing conditions, Johnson & Johnson ( JNJ ) said.
