Jones Lang LaSalle Arranges $357.8 Million Financing for Industrial Portfolio

04:46 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL ) said late Wednesday it arranged $357.8 million in financing for an eight-asset industrial portfolio.

The portfolio totals 5.5 million square feet spread across 12 buildings in South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Texas.

The company secured the loan on behalf of the borrower, MDH Partners, through Wells Fargo Bank (WFC) and Capital One (COF), it said.
