July 29 (Reuters) - JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) is in

advanced talks to take over Apple's ( AAPL ) credit card program

from Goldman Sachs ( GS ), the Wall Street Journal reported on

Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
