05:29 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Julong Holding said Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million class A ordinary shares at $4 per share for a total offering size of about $5 million.

The underwriter has been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 187,500 additional shares.

The company said its shares are set to begin trading on Nasdaq this Thursday under the ticker symbol, "JLHL."

The offering is set to close Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.
