10:25 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jumia Technologies ( JMIA ) said Friday it has raised about $99.6 million following the completion of its offering of about 20.2 million American depositary shares.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and for customer acquisition, supplier base expansion, scaling of its logistics network as well as improvements to marketing and vendor technology, Jumia ( JMIA ) said.
