11:11 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Junee ( JUNE ) said Wednesday its board has approved proposals to change its name to SuperX AI Technology and focus on providing artificial intelligence infrastructure tools.

Junee ( JUNE ) said it plans to provide end-to-end infrastructure for compute, model hosting, data pipelines and system-level orchestration under its new brand.

The company said it expects the name change and shift in business focus to take effect on June 2, subject to regulatory approval. Its stock is anticipated to begin trading under the new ticker symbol SUPX on the same day, the company added.
