08:21 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Juniper Networks ( JNPR ) and IBM ( IBM ) said Friday they plan to integrate Juniper's Mist AI tool with IBM's ( IBM ) watsonx AI product to improve the management of IT networks and help lower operational costs.

The companies said they will work to build out IBM's ( IBM ) Guest Services to help automate IT network support, and IBM's ( IBM ) AskNetwork, a tool to help diagnose and resolve network infrastructure problems.
