09:56 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kanzhun ( BZ ) said Monday that it has priced its Hong Kong public offering and international offering of 34.5 million class A common shares at 66 Hong Kong dollars ($8.41) per share.

The company said the offer price is equivalent to about $16.82 per American depositary share.

Kanzhun ( BZ ) said it expects to close both offerings on Friday and estimates net proceeds of about HK$2.2 billion.

Shares of Kanzhun ( BZ ) were down more than 2% in recent trading Monday.
