Karman Buys Industrial Solid Propulsion for $50 Million

08:36 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Karman Holdings ( KRMN ) said Thursday that it has acquired Industrial Solid Propulsion for $50 million in cash and additional consideration.

Karman ( KRMN ) said the deal, which was completed on Wednesday, will contribute positively to revenue, margins, contracted sales, and cash flow.

To fund the acquisition, the company said it increased its Term Loan B by $75 million.
