KB Home Fiscal Q1 Earnings, Revenue Decline; Housing Revenue Outlook Set; Shares Fall After Hours

04:32 PM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KB Home ( KBH ) reported fiscal Q1 net income late Tuesday of $0.52 per diluted share, down from $1.49 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.55.

Revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 28 was $1.08 billion, down from $1.39 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.09 billion.

For fiscal Q2, the company expects housing revenue of $1.05 billion to $1.15 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company expects housing revenue of $4.80 billion to $5.50 billion.

Shares of the company were down 5.6% in after-hours activity.
