KBR Selected by Samsara to Design Enzymatic Recycling Plant

05:59 PM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KBR (KBR) said late Tuesday it was selected as a commercialization partner by Samsara Eco to design a plastics and textile enzymatic recycling plant.

KBR will complete a pre-front-end engineering design by Q2 2025 and deliver a full engineering package for a 20,000 metric ton per year nylon recycling facility.

The plant is expected to be completed by early 2028, according to the company.
