KEC International says 2019 elections will not impact operations significantly
Nov 5, 2018 4:53 AM

After posting an in-line set of Q2 results and selling entire stake in Rajasthan-based power transmission arm at an enterprise value of Rs 227.5 crore to Adani Transmission, KEC International on Monday said 2019 elections will not impact company's operations significantly.

In an interview to Vimal Kejriwal, managing director and chief executive officer, said KEC International expects 10 percent growth for transmission and distribution (T&D) business in FY19, "Expects over 20 percent revenue growth in T&D in the second half of the year."

Talking about business, Kejriwal said, “T&D business is around 70 percent of our overall orderbook of that 51 percent is outside India. So, India T&D orderbook is only 20 percent of my overall orderbook."
