KeyCorp Authorizes $1 Billion Stock Buyback Program

05:18 PM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KeyCorp ( KEY ) late Thursday said its board authorized the repurchase of up to $1 billion of the company's common shares.

The bank holding company expects to begin buybacks during the second half of 2025, subject to liquidity, regulatory, market and other conditions.

KeyCorp ( KEY ) shares were unchanged in Thursday's after-hours session.
