08:28 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Keyera ( KEYUF ) on Friday said it has completed its offering of 52.9 million subscription receipts, which includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The receipts were issued at $39.15 each, raising $2.07 billion.

Each subscription receipt entitles the holder to receive one Keyera ( KEYUF ) share when it closes its $5.15 billion acquisition of Plains' Canadian natural gas liquids business and select U.S. assets. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of next year, when all regulatory requirements are met.

The subscription receipts begin trading on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "KEY-R".
