Kinaxis Gets Stock Market Approval for Normal Course Issuer Bid

08:27 AM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kinaxis ( KXSCF ) on Thursday said the Toronto Stock Exchange approved the company's normal course issuer bid.

For one year beginning on Nov. 6, Kinaxis ( KXSCF ) may purchase for cancellation up to 1.4 million shares.

The company has bought back 1.05 million shares at a weighted average purchase price of $148.64 apiece under its current normal course issuer bid that expires on Nov. 5.

The shares rose 0.2% yesterday to close at $157.35.
