03:42 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kinder Morgan ( KMI ) said late Tuesday its Hiland Partners Holdings subsidiary completed its $640 million acquisition of a natural gas gathering and processing system in North Dakota from Outrigger Energy II.

The company said the acquired assets include a 270 million cubic-feet per day processing facility and a 104-mile, high-pressure gas gathering pipeline.

Kinder Morgan ( KMI ) expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to shareholders, with a projected 2025 adjusted EBITDA multiple of around 8 times on a full-year basis, it said.
