Kinetik Chief Compliance Officer to Retire in Early 2025

05:11 PM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kinetik Holdings ( KNTK ) said late Monday that Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel Todd Carpenter plans to retire on Feb. 28, 2025.

Carpenter will continue his daily responsibilities until then and ensure a smooth transition. He will provide ongoing support to the company, following his retirement, Kinetik ( KNTK ) said.

The company said it has initiated an internal and external search for Carpenter's successor.
