05:54 PM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kinetik ( KNTK ) said late Monday that it completed the acquisition of Durango Permian, a platform in the Northern Delaware Basin, boosting its overall Delaware Basin wide footprint.

The company said it funded the deal with proceeds from the divestiture of its 16% equity interest in the Gulf Coast Express pipeline.

Kinetik ( KNTK ) said it will update its 2024 guidance with its Q2 results.
