KKR Invests in German Energy Company EGC

09:22 AM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said Tuesday it is investing in German energy services provider EGC, with the founding family retaining a stake and staying involved in management.

Financial terms were not provided.

KKR said it intends to support EGC's expansion in decarbonization services for real estate, including investments for growth.
