KKR Prices $583 Million Worth of Yen-Denominated Debt

05:02 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said late Wednesday it priced offerings of 91.4 billion yen ($583 million) of senior notes.

The offerings include 44.6 billion yen worth of 1.559% senior notes due 2029, 1 billion yen worth of 1.762% senior notes due 2031, 26.2 billion yen worth of 2.083% senior notes due 2034, 10 billion yen of 2.719% senior notes due 2044, and 9.6 billion yen of 3.008% senior notes due 2054.

KKR said it intends to use net proceeds from the debt sale for general corporate purposes.
