KKR, Quadrantis Capital Agree to Minority Stakes in Peak Re

06:14 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) and Peak Reinsurance said late Monday that KKR and Quadrantis Capital have agreed to acquire minority stakes in Peak Re.

Upon completion of the deal, KKR and Quadrantis Capital are expected to own around 11.3% and 1.8% of Peak Re's share capital, respectively, with the remaining approximately 86.7% held by majority shareholder Fosun International, the companies said.

As part of the deal, Prudential Financial has divested its indirectly held 13.1% minority stake in Peak Re, the company said.

The investments are expected to close in Q4.
