06:26 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) and Stonepeak Partners funds have agreed to acquire UK-based diversified healthcare REIT Assura, according to a statement Wednesday.

The deal states that Assura shareholders will receive 49.4 pence in cash for each Assura share they hold, Assura said.

Assura said its board recommends that shareholders approve the transaction, which is expected to be completed in Q3.
