06:40 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said Monday it's making a "growth investment" in Infobric, a construction software company in the Nordics and the UK, primarily through its Global Impact Fund II.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but KKR said it will become a significant shareholder in Infobric alongside majority investor Stirling Square Capital Partners. As part of the deal, Summa Equity will offload its minority investment in Infobric, the companies said.
