Klarna Completes IPO of 34.3 Million Shares at $40 per Share

01:04 PM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Klarna ( KLAR ) said Thursday it has completed its initial public offering of 34.3 million common shares at $40 apiece.

The company sold 5 million ordinary shares while selling shareholders sold the remaining 29.3 million shares, Klarna ( KLAR ) said.

Klarna ( KLAR ) started trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday with the ticker symbol "KLAR," it added.

Shares of the company were down 5.2% in recent trading.

Price: 43.97, Change: -2.43, Percent Change: -5.23
