09:02 AM EST, 03/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Klotho Neurosciences ( KLTO ) said Wednesday it acquired privately owned Greenland Mines, which controls an 80% interest in the Skaergaard Project in Southeast Greenland with an option to acquire the remaining 20%.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The definitive merger agreement, which was signed Tuesday, is expected to close on Wednesday, Klotho said.
The project contains undeveloped palladium, gold, and platinum deposits, and has a gross in-situ resource value of roughly $68 billion, the company said.
Upon closing of the transaction, the Greenland Mines leadership team will join Klotho to operate a new mining division and one board member will be added, the company said.
