Klotho Neurosciences Shares Soar on Positive Anti-Aging Research

10:32 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Klotho Neurosciences ( KLTO ) shares surged by more than 400% in recent trading on Monday after the company said that initial findings in preclinical studies showed the potential of elevating Klotho gene expression to reduce age-related organ degeneration.

Findings of a study in mice showed that the higher concentration of the Klotho protein in serum resulted in a 20% increase in lifespan, according to the company.

Klotho said it has acquired an exclusive worldwide license for the molecule and will be able to use patents covering its use to treat neurodegenerative and age-related disorders.
