Kopin Wins $9 Million Follow-On Production Contract for Thermal Imaging Assembly

09:20 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kopin ( KOPN ) said Thursday it has won a $9 million follow-on production contract from an unnamed US defense prime contractor for a custom thermal imaging assembly.

The tailored eyepiece module integrates the company's microdisplay, lens, and drive electronics in a durable enclosure, Kopin ( KOPN ) added.

Shares of the company were up 4.1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
