08:49 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kornit Digital ( KRNT ) said Tuesday its board has authorized a program to buy back up to $100 million of its ordinary shares.

The company said it expects to use cash on hand to fund repurchases. Kornit said its aggregate share repurchases since 2023 have totaled $65 million.

Shares of Kornit Digital ( KRNT ) were up 2% in recent premarket activity.
