Koryx Copper to Raise $10 Million Through Private Placement

08:53 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Koryx Copper ( KRYXF ) said it will raise $10 million through a non-brokered private placement with proceeds slated to be used on projects in Africa and for general working capital purposes.

The company will sell up to 9.1 million shares at $1.10 each.

The company this week announced the appointment of Tony da Silva as chief financial officer.
