Kosmos Energy walks away from Tullow Oil acquisition

walked away from its plan to buy West Africa-focused Tullow Oil ( TUWLF )

on Tuesday, without specifying any reason for the

decision, less than a week after the firms said they were in

early talks for a possible deal.
