Krispy Kreme Chief Growth Officer Matthew Spanjers Plans to Resign by Year's End

11:55 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Krispy Kreme (DNUT) said Wednesday that Matthew Spanjers plans to resign as chief growth officer and president of international.

The resignation is expected to be effective on or about Dec. 31, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Krispy Kreme shares were down 1.1% in recent trading.
