10:26 AM EDT, 10/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kroger ( KR ) said Tuesday it has extended the expiration date for its offers to exchange notes of Albertsons ( ACI ) , New Albertsons, Safeway, Albertson's, Albertsons Safeway and American Stores for up to about $7.44 billion in new Kroger ( KR ) notes and cash.

The expiration date has been extended to Oct. 16 from Oct. 9, according to Kroger ( KR ).
