04:08 PM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kulr Technology Group ( KULR ) Wednesday said it repaid all of the debt the electronic components manufacturer owed to Yorkville Advisors.

The company previously used the funds borrowed from Yorkville to convert the business to its Kulr One Design Solutions line of battery packs and related equipment.

KULR Technology ( KULR ) shares were down 3% in regular trading Wednesday.
