10:05 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KULR Technology Group ( KULR ) said Wednesday its board agreed to include bitcoin as a primary asset in its treasury program.

The company said it will allocate up to 90% of its surplus cash to bitcoin, with such acquisition to depend on market dynamics and expected cash flow requirements.

KULR ( KULR ) shares fell more than 12% in recent trading.
