12:22 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Laboratory Corp of America Holdings ( LH ) said Monday it has expanded its precision oncology portfolio with the launch of Labcorp Plasma Detect, enhancement of Labcorp Plasma Complete and continued investment in cell and gene therapy.

The company on Friday launched Labcorp Plasma Detect, a new solution for identifying early-stage colon cancer patients who are at increased risk of recurrence after surgery or adjuvant chemotherapy.

Labcorp said it also improved its genomic profiling solution, Labcorp Plasma Complete, with matched analysis of white blood cells to identify germline and clonal hematopoietic variants.
